Parma ham with grilled peach, rocket leaves, parmesan flakes and black olive dressing

Braised featherblade of beef with spring onion crushed new potatoes, baton vegetables, broccoli and pan jus

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
“If you or anyone on the table suffers from any allergies or food intolerances and wish to find out more about the ingredients we use, please inform a member of staff on the night and they will be pleased to supply the relevant information. Priority is given to those guests who have pre-ordered the vegetarian menu in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate last minute requests however, we cannot guarantee the above choice will be available.”
In order to assist with any special dietary requirements that you may have please find the menu for the evening above. Any dietary requirements must be pre-booked two weeks prior to the event (Friday 3 May). You will be asked for your dietary requirements on the above guest name form.
