Yes. This cost per entry is £119+VAT per submission, entries must be received by Friday 2 October 2020.
There is no limit on the number entries that can be submitted by a business or organisation and where relevant the same entry can be submitted into more than one category. Please note that the entry fee applies for every entry submitted.
All entries must be submitted by Friday 2 October 2020. Please note that by submitting your entry you agree that a member of your organisation will be available to attend the awards on Monday 8 February 2021. Please note that attending the awards does incur additional costs.
All of Utility Week’s Awards are open for entry to companies who:
- Own and operate energy or water utilities in the UK
- Provide energy or water retail services
- Provide energy flexibility or aggregation services
- Hold a regulated licence for the provision of key data or governance services to the industry
Contractors and suppliers of equipment, technology and other services to the utilities industry can enter any of Utility Week’s awards provided they do so IN PARTNERSHIP with a utility organisation which fits at least one of the above descriptors. Contractors and supplier may also enter the Partner of the Year category and Supply Chain Excellence category independently.
Project and initiatives put forward in entries must have generated quantifiable results to demonstrate their significance and impact in the last past twelve months. Most awards also ask for evidence of sustained performance over a number of years in the relevant business area or discipline.
Judging takes place in October and the shortlist will be announced shortly after (Date to be confirmed). All entrants will also receive an email confirming whether or not their entry has been successful.
The winners announcement will be made at the awards night on Monday 8 February 2021. Winners are not notified prior to the awards ceremony.
You can purchase tickets online by visiting the booking page and submitting your details. You can pay for your booking online via card payment, or upon invoice by requesting the invoice option. Please note, for this year only, you can secure your table booking with a 25% deposit, and pay the balance 6 weeks prior to the event.

Your invitation will be sent to you following your table booking approximately 6 weeks prior to the event, in time for you to send them on to your confirmed guests. An e-invitation will also be available.
Please note that VIP and Gold Table attendees will need to show their invitations on arrival.
A form will be included in your joining information email requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the contact as detailed on the form. This form must be returned to us by Friday 20 November 2020, otherwise charges may apply and guests’ requirements may not be met.
Please rest assured, we will always comply with the highest standards of health and safety guidance and, if this means we have to alter the format of the awards from what you have come to expect, we will offer you the option of a full refund. Likewise, if we are not able to hold the awards in a physical format at all, we will hold a virtual awards ceremony – and, again, you will be offered a full refund on your table booking.
