For one year only, the Utility Week Awards’ glittering ceremony will be moving from its annual December slot, and is scheduled to return to central London on February 8th 2021.
Book with confidence
In these uncertain times, we understand the importance of booking with confidence. Please rest assured, we will always comply with the highest standards of health and safety guidance and, if this means we have to alter the format of the awards from what you have come to expect, we will let you know in good time, and offer you the option of a full refund if you cancel on or before December 14th. Likewise, if we are not able to hold the awards in a physical format at all, we will hold a virtual awards ceremony – and, again, you will be informed in good time and offered a full refund on your table booking.
In addition, for this year only, you can secure your table booking with a 25% deposit, paid by credit card, and pay the balance 8 weeks prior to the event. Please note that we will need a PO number for your balance invoice at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel at this time, we will refund your 25% deposit in full.
Health and safety
The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We will be adhering closely to all Government guidelines and working with the venue to produce a risk assessment and all necessary enhanced health and safety measures to ensure a safe experience for all our guests. We will be publishing details of the measures we will have in place before the date full payment is required. We hope this will allow you to book with confidence.
