Any dietary requirements must be pre-booked two weeks prior to the event.  You will be asked for your dietary requirements on the above guest name form. Please note that any requests for alternative menu options made during meal service may not be accommodated.

Access to the Great Room for wheelchair users or those who find stairs difficult is via the guest elevators from the hotel lobby down into the Great Room balcony and then again down to the Great Room floor.
