The team at Utility Week look forward to welcoming you to the Utility Week Awards. The aim of this information is to provide you with the opportunity to pre-plan details, which in turn will make the event more relaxing and enjoyable for you and your guests.
Please click here to log in to fill out the guest name and dietary forms.
- Once logged in, navigate to Event > Table Bookings on the left-hand tab.
- Find the completed transaction section with your table details – press the edit button.
- You should then find tabs with a guest number indicated on each one – press the arrow and a drop-down list will appear to complete the relevant information.
- Please remember to press save on the bottom right to ensure all information is passed on.
Please note that we need guest information completed by Friday 14 November. Even if you don’t have all names/dietary requirements confirmed, please complete what you do have at the time.

Any dietary requirements must be pre-booked two weeks prior to the event. You will be asked for your dietary requirements on the above guest name form. Please note that any requests for alternative menu options made during meal service may not be accommodated.

Half a bottle of wine is included per person.
If you or your guests would like a non-alcoholic beverage instead of the wine please state this in the dietary requirements cell (a variety of soft drinks will be provided instead).

Access to the Great Room for wheelchair users or those who find stairs difficult is via the guest elevators from the hotel lobby down into the Great Room balcony and then again down to the Great Room floor.
