Dan joined Water UK, the water industry’s trade association, as Director of Policy in January 2024. He oversees the development of its policy agenda, covering water services, the environment, rivers and seas, and resilience.
Dan previously spent four years in Government, latterly as Deputy Director in Defra’s Policy Response and Resilience Unit. Before that, he held multiple roles focused on water and energy regulation at Ofwat and Citizens Advice.
