This award celebrates technical, operational and service innovation which can show a tangible impact to minimise carbon and a clear and measurable plan for the future. It also recognises utilities that have worked with their own employees to drive behaviour change in the workforce.
Please note there is a separate Consumer Behaviour Change Award for helping customers reduce or shift their consumption or adopt Low Carbon Technologies.
Eligibility: Entries for this category must either be from a UK utility or in partnership with one
Entries for this award should show evidence of:
- How this initiative or programme of work has contributed to decarbonisation goals
- New ways of working and innovative approaches to tackling challenges
- A wider commitment to sustainability and care for natural resources
- How the success of this initiative or programme of work will be built on for the future
