When will I know whether my company has been short-listed?
The full shortlist will be published on this website and in an October issue of Utility Week.
Everyone that has entered will receive confirmation by email the week commencing 10 October 2011.

When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Utility Industry Achievement Awards on 15 December 2011 at the Grosvenor House, London.

What are the timings for the evening?
7.00pm Drinks Reception
7.30pm Dinner,
9.40pm Cabaret
10.00pm Awards commence
11.00pm Charity casino & disco
1.30am Bars close
2.00am Carriages

When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you in November, in time for you to send them on to your confirmed guests.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information.  Simply complete and return to the Organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be met.

How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submitting your details.

What is your table cancellation policy?
Two calendar months (15 October 2011) or more prior to the event a full refund is given. Thereafter no refund is given. All cancellations must be made in writing to nicola.smith@fav-house.com and the booker should not assume this cancellation has been actioned until they receive written confirmation.

In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and no refund will be due.
