How to enter

■ Read carefully the description of the category you wish to enter.

■ Read the top tips of what the judges are looking for.

■ Explain in around 1,000 words why you deserve the Award: what you set out to do and what has been achieved.  Appendices are excluded from the word count.

■ Provide supporting evidence if applicable.

■ Complete an entry form. You must use a new form for each category you enter, and ensure you have read the terms and conditions for entering. Photocopies are acceptable.

■ Send three copies of your entry to Sharon Webb, Utility Industry Achievement Awards, Quadrant House, The Quadrant, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 5AS.

■ The completed forms and entry must reach Utility Week by Friday 10 September 2010.
