Standard table of 10 is £2,300.00 + VAT (total £2,645)
Fee includes pre-dinner drinks reception, ½ bottle of wine per person, 3-course dinner, awards presentation and post-awards party on Monday 14th December 2009.

A single place is £250.00 + VAT (total £287.50)
Fee includes pre-dinner drinks reception, ½ bottle of wine, 3-course dinner, awards presentation and post-awards party on Monday 14th December 2009.

Please note that hotel accommodation and drinks, other than those stated, are not included in the table price.  You will be sent drinks order forms with your invitations one month out from the event.
