When will I know whether my company has been shortlisted?
The full shortlist will be published on this website and in an October issue of Utility Week.
Everyone that has entered will receive confirmation by email the week commencing 5 October 2009.
When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Utility Industry Achievement Awards on 14 December 2009 at the Grosvenor House, London.
How can I book a table at the awards?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submitting your details.
What are the timings for the evening?
7.00pm Drinks Reception
7.30pm Dinner, The Great Room
9.40pm Cabaret
10.00pm Awards commence
11.00pm Charity casino & disco
1.30am Bars close
2.00am Carriages
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you in November, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the Organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
What is your table cancellation policy?
Two calendar months (14 October 2009) or more prior to the event a full refund is given. Thereafter no refund is given. All cancellations must be made in writing to sarah.barnes@rbi.co.uk and the booker should not assume this cancellation has been actioned until they receive written confirmation.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and no refund will be due.
