When will I know whether my company has been short-listed?
You should have received an email to say whether you have been shortlisted or not.
The full shortlist has been published on shortlist page of the website and will be published in Utility Week on 10th October.
When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Utility Industry Achievement Awards on 8 December 2008 at the Grosvenor House, London.

7.00pm Drinks Reception
7.30pm Dinner, The Great Room
9.40pm Cabaret
10.00pm Awards commence
11.00pm Charity casino & disco
1.30am Bars close
2.00am Carriages
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you in November, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.
What is the dress code for the evening?
Dress code is Black Tie
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the Organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submitting your details.
What is your cancellation policy?
One calendar month (8 November 2008) or more prior to the event a full refund is given. Thereafter no refund is given. All cancellations must be made in writing to sam.mears@rbi.co.uk and the booker should not assume this cancellation has been actioned until they receive written confirmation.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and no refund will be due.
