Confirmation of booking
All bookings will be confirmed within 4 working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking from Utility Week please contact Merinda Bradshaw immediately.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. If you cancel on or before 8 November 2008 a full refund is given. If you cancel after the 8 November 2008 no refund is given, including non-attendance at the Event.
Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue or the date of the Event.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
Cancellation of the Event
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible Event cancellation or postponement. In any Event, the Event Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc.

A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the Organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
